Santa Maria pear

The St. Maria pear is a medium-sized, bell-shaped variety of the classic pear shape, with a smooth, slightly humped, humped or bulged surface and a sunk, often crooked stalk. The skin is greenish to light yellow in color. The yellow-whitish, very juicy and soft flesh has the fine, sweet, strong, noble and typical St. Maria taste.

Pears have a high nutritional value, similar to that of apples. The sweet taste is due to a relatively low content of fruit acids. In addition to the mineral potassium, which is worth mentioning because of its dehydrating effect, pears contain a relatively high content of the growth vitamin B2 and folic acid.
